Founded in 2022, we are proud to introduce a demand-led approach to house hunting that benefits both buyers and agents alike. When it comes to buying or renting a property, we are all familiar with the conventional approach – buyers browse through multiple property listings online just to find the few properties that are still available and truly meet their criteria.
Well, what if we told you that we could make this process infinitely easier? Instead of having you chase after properties, we’ve found a way for the properties to come to you!
On our platform, buyers can submit property requests with all their relevant criteria (e.g. location, type of property, desired price) and agents with matching properties will forward proposals to the buyer. Buyers can then review the proposals and pick their favourites!
It’s that easy! There’s no need to contact a dozen different agents, and repeat all your criteria over and over again. Just type it in once and the right properties will come to you.
We created this unique platform with the goal to simplify and digitalize the process of buying and selling properties. Making this process as easy as possible for all parties involved – buyers, sellers, agents – is our mission.
Whilst there are many property portals online, they mainly focus on compiling property listings. Once buyers or renters choose a property from these listings, the role of the online portal ends and subsequent steps are done offline.

How we transform the process
Request or Search Properties
We offer two ways for buyers to find suitable properties:
1. The traditional Search Method: This is where buyers key in their criteria and are presented a list of relevant properties to go through.
2. The Request Method: This is where buyers submit property requests with their criteria, and agents with matching properties forward proposals to the buyers.
Review Proposals & Shortlist
If you opt for the Request Method, agents with properties matching your specific criteria will send you proposals. You can then review the proposals and shortlist your favourites.
Viewing
Once you shortlist the properties you like, the next step is to go for a physical visit. Although virtual house tours are growing in popularity nowadays, we strongly believe that physical site visits are the best. Buying a house is a big financial commitment and it’s always best to visit the house in person before closing the deal.
Offer & Book
After the property viewings, you can chat with our agents for further information and price negotiations. When you’re ready, place a booking for the property of your choice via our platform. Once our property agent accepts the offer, he/she will launch a booking form (also via our platform), which can be digitally signed by all parties.
Legalize & Handover
As soon as the booking process is completed, our team will contact you to help you with the legalization process. For purchase transactions, we even offer free S&P legal fees for buyers! Once all the paperwork is settled, the handover of keys to the buyer will be done physically.
Sourcing for Post-Handover Services
Of course, every new home buyer knows that the process doesn’t end there! Getting the keys to your new place is just the beginning. There’s so much to do after that including interior design, renovation, painting and plumbing. To make things easier for buyers, we will provide them with vouchers and discounts from our business partners for a variety of home improvement services.
