Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
The PROPMAN ‘Free Sale and Purchase Legal Fee’ Promotion (“the Promotion”) is organised and sponsored by PROPMAN TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. (1454668-K) ("PROPMAN", “Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). The Promotion is governed by these terms and conditions, including any subsequent amendments thereto (“Terms & Conditions”).
All Customers in the Promotion will be deemed to have accepted the Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all registered and verified users of PROPMAN.
Applicable to only customers who meet the following criteria:
(a) Complete property purchase booking transaction within the promotion period mentioned in “Promotion Period” section below.
(b) Complete property purchase transaction via PROPMAN website located at www.propman.com.my (“Website”).
(c) Purchase with mortgage loan offered by PROPMAN panel banks, with minimum 70% of purchase price as per booking form.
(d) Appoint PROPMAN panel legal solicitor for conveyancing services of both Sales & Purchase Agreement and Loan Agreement.
For the avoidance of doubt, purchases completed without any of PROPMAN panel bank’s mortgage loan, or without hiring PROPMAN panel legal solicitor’s conveyancing services would not entitle customers to be eligible in the Promotion.
Legal fee for Loan Agreement is chargeable as per standard calculation formula governed by law, below is the guideline:

There is no limit on the number of transactions for any purchaser, all transactions that met the criteria will be eligible to enter the Promotion.
Employees of PROPMAN and business partners are also eligible to enter the Promotion.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion Period will run from 1 June 2022 at 12:00:00 am to 31 December 2023 11:59:59 pm according to GMT+ 8 in Malaysia (“the Promotion Period”).
All booking transactions completed before or after the Promotion Period shall automatically be disqualified.
PROPMAN reserves the right to extend or shorten the Promotion Period at their own discretion without prior notice.
4. Promotion Mechanics
Upon completion of a property purchase booking transaction, PROPMAN team will contact you to agree on selecting your preferred banks from our list of panel bankers.
All the selected panel bankers will contact you to request for some supporting documents for approval.
Upon approval granted by the bank, the bank will provide you the official offer letter.
Once you signed the offer letter from one of our panel banks, the bank will inform PROPMAN and our team will connect you to our panel legal solicitor.
Our panel legal solicitor will provide you a quotation based on the standard calculation governed by Malaysia law. It is your responsibility to ensure that the legal fee for Sales and Purchase Agreement is waived and reflected on the quotation.
Once you agreed with the quotation, our panel legal solicitor will work with you and the vendor (more commonly known as seller) to complete the conveyance process.
You will make payment of the legal fee directly to our panel legal solicitor.
5. Disclaimer
The customers understand and agree that their participation in the Promotion is at their own risk and PROPMAN is not liable to any person, whether in tort, contract, statute or otherwise for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or costs in connection with their participation in the Promotion.
PROPMAN makes no representation or warranty whatsoever pertaining to:
(a) the continuous, uninterrupted and error-free operation of the Promotion;
(b) the accuracy of information and statements in the Promotion page, Facebook page and ads with external approved partners; and
The customers acknowledge and agree that to the fullest extent permitted by law, PROPMAN disclaims all liabilities for any claims for damages, losses, costs and expenses arising from participation in the Promotion.
PROPMAN reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, the mechanics or processes of the Promotion at any time without any prior notice and customers shall be bound to such amendments.
All customers in the Promotion expressly consent to public disclosure of their names, photos and particulars for publicity purposes connected to the Promotion and whoever disapproves will be disqualified and is not eligible for the Promotion.
PROPMAN reserves the right to disqualify any customer from receiving the Promotion, at its sole discretion, if the customer does not comply with the terms and conditions of this Promotion or PROPMAN’s main product terms and conditions, policies and/or operating procedures.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Promotion and all information published and related to it (including text, graphics, symbols, icons, software and trademarks) are protected by copyright and trademark and remain the sole property of PROPMAN.
7. Personal Data
PROPMAN collects personal identifiable information to provide services or to correspond with the customer. This information is stored in a manner appropriate to the nature of the data by PROPMAN and is used to fulfil the customer’s request(s) for the services to be provided by our panel bankers and panel legal solicitor. By submitting the customer’s personal information, PROPMAN deems that permission is given by the customer to PROPMAN and/or its authorised agents or business partners to use this information for the purpose of present and future marketing and promotional purposes and to improve its products and services. If the customer informs PROPMAN via the Data Protection Office at privacy@propman.com.my that the above information should not be used as a basis for further contact, PROPMAN will respect the customer’s request. The customer’s information will not be provided or shared with other company or partners for their independent use. In this case, customer is automatically disqualified to enter this Promotion as customer will not meet the eligibility criteria.
8. Disputes
PROPMAN cannot be held liable for any disputes and/or disagreements between customer and any of our third-party service partners that are not affiliated with us, including but not limited to property agents/agencies, bankers and legal solicitors.
9. Force Majeure
PROPMAN shall not be liable for any default in respect of the Promotion due to any act of God, acts of Government, war, riot, strikes, protests, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, storm, technical or system failures or any event beyond the reasonable control of PROPMAN.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia
